AVALAUNCH Watercoaster

When Wilderness Resorts and Waterparks opened Soaky Mountain, they were looking to break new ground in the industry. They teamed up with ProSlide to develop a first-of-its-kind water park that is set to establish Soaky Mountain as the most cutting-edge and thrilling attraction in America.

 

This 50-acre waterpark offers a wide range of attractions. At the time of this writing, Soaky Mountain has six float slides (two family-style), two watercoasters*, one boogie board surf simulator, two children’s play areas, a wave pool, a not-so-lazy river, and a regular pool.

 

Rainbow Revenge Waterslide

The Rainbow Revenge waterslide is a state-of-the-art, five-person raft ride that dazzles riders with translucent effects, multi-colored channels, and expansive saucer turn. This family-friendly slide also incorporates innovative in-ride effects by leveraging the park’s natural sunlight.

 

The park also boasts attractions you won’t find anywhere else in the Smokies, including Avalaunch Watercoaster – the first of its kind. You’ll also find a gravity-challenging climb on Blue Mountain Mayhem that leaves you momentarily weightless before falling back down.

 

American Racer’s Rush Waterslide

Snake Den Tube Rides
