Full House Wash

Your home receives a complete exterior house wash using a soft washing method that safely removes dirt, organic buildup, cobwebs, and discoloration. We clean siding, soffits, fascia, and eaves to restore a fresh and well maintained appearance.

We adjust our process based on your home’s materials, including vinyl, brick, stucco, and wood. This ensures a thorough clean without any risk of surface damage. A professional house wash not only improves curb appeal but also helps extend the life of your exterior.

Roof Cleaning (Soft Wash)

Dark streaks and stains on your roof are caused by algae and organic growth that can weaken shingles over time. Our roof cleaning service uses a soft washing process that treats and removes this buildup safely.

By avoiding high pressure, we protect your roofing materials while restoring a clean and even look. Regular roof cleaning helps maintain the condition of your shingles and keeps your home looking its best.

EverShield™

After cleaning, we apply our EverShield™ treatment to help your home stay cleaner for longer.

This protective solution slows the return of algae, mildew, and other organic buildup on exterior surfaces. With regular applications, your home maintains a cleaner appearance between scheduled services and requires less frequent deep cleaning.

Exterior Window Cleaning

Clean windows make a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of your home. Our exterior window cleaning removes pollen, dust, water spots, and buildup from your glass.

This service is included twice per year in our Elite and Complete plans to keep your windows clear and bright through every season in Knoxville TN.

Annual Inspection Report

Each year, we complete a detailed inspection of your home’s exterior surfaces. We look for early signs of wear, damage, or problem areas that may need attention.

You receive a written report outlining our findings so you can stay informed and address small issues before they become more expensive repairs.

Once you are signed up, our team maps out your full service calendar for the year. Every cleaning, treatment, and inspection is scheduled in advance so you always know what is coming and when. No chasing us down. No forgetting to rebook.

3. We Show Up and Handle Everything

When your service date arrives, our crew shows up on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. We complete every service listed in your plan to the same standard we hold on every job. You do not need to be home. You do not need to prep anything. We take care of it all.

Moore’s Exterior Protection

Home Protection Program T&C Agreement

1. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime, but monthly payments and initial investments are non-refundable.

2. Extra Charges

Extra charges will be applied to services requested outside of the maintenance plan. 15% members discount will be applied to retail price.

3. Technician Assignment

Only one technician will handle your job at a time.

4. Cleaning Standards

Cleaning results may vary, and M.O.O.R.E will work with you to meet your expectations.

5. Cleaning Solution

A 10% bleach and 90% water mix is used; heavily soiled areas may need multiple visits.

6. Post-Cleaning Cancellation

If you cancel after a cleaning but before your monthly payment, the charge for that month still applies.

7. Initial Payment

The first payment covers your first quarter’s cleaning; not the next 3 months. Monthly pre-payment billing starts the month after your first cleaning.

8. Monthly Billing

You’ll be charged monthly (12 times per year) to receive at least four scheduled cleanings and optional monthly touch-ups.

9. Access & Notifications

You don’t need to be home, but must allow access. M.O.O.R.E. will send notices two weeks before, two days before, and on the service day.

10. Service Photos

Photos of completed work are available and will be sent to you via email or text with a link to view your photos.

11. Initial Cleaning

The first cleaning may take longer than subsequent cleanings.

12. Rescheduling

M.O.O.R.E. reserves the right to reschedule visits due to weather or emergencies, with a 14-day reschedule window.
